Is Obama Now Pro-Life?

He said:

[O]ur No. 1 priority has to be protecting our kids. And every institution has to examine how they operate, and every individual has to take responsibility for making sure that our kids are protected.

Does that mean he is for protecting children from abortion?

I WILL tell you what you can’t do with your body

Christian men are commanded by God to stand up for life and defend the innocent.  That includes unborn babies.

So as a Christian man, I am telling all you women out there right now that you do not have the right to do anything with your body that would kill your child.

That means you do not have the right to take an abortion pill.

You do not have the right to get a surgical abortion.

You do not have the right to drink so much that it harms your baby.

You do not have the right to let your boyfriend/husband punch you in the stomach.

You do not have the right to starve yourself.

You do not have the right to kill yourself.

You do not have any rights that are not explicitly granted to you by God Himself, NOT by the government.  If you intentionally or negligently do anything to kill your unborn baby, you are sinning against yourself, your baby, the baby’s father, and against God.

Your body does NOT belong to you.  It belongs to God.  You do not have the right to do whatever you want to with it.

And if you have been buying into the lies about your “right” to do whatever you want, well, that’s why you’re so hate-filled and miserable right now.  You disobey God, you suffer the consequences.  But there is hope and forgiveness, if you repent and turn to Jesus Christ who took the punishment that you deserve for exercising your phony “rights” to abortion and other sins.

It confuses me when I see posts from young progressives about refusing to vote in 2012.  Less than a year ago almost 80% of young people didn’t vote in the midterm elections.  This is what happened. And this. And this. And this. Just look at what we have to show for that strategy.

Vote. Early and often.

Reblogged for commentary. Voting is your sacred duty in this country and your greatest political power. It’s beyond foolish not to.

Help Mississippi become the first state to stop abortion!

In November, Mississippians will vote on Amendment 26, a state constitutional amendment that declares unborn babies “persons” under the law, which will effectively outlaw abortion.

If you live in Mississippi and are (or will be) of voting age, please go vote “Yes” for Amendment 26 on November 8.

Read more about Amendment 26 at http://personhoodmississippi.com/ and please pray for victory as Mississippi tries to put an end to abortion!

"Being both pro-life and pro-death penalty is not contradictory. Pro-life means you believe in protecting innocent human life. Pro-death penalty means you believe in justice for the guilty. Christians believe in the sanctity of life, but we also believe in God’s command to execute capital criminals while protecting the innocent. Unborn babies are not morally equivalent to convicted murderers."

Why I Am Not A Libertarian

A review of a recent blog post that many people asked me to comment on…
http://weeklysift.com/2011/08/22/why-i-am-not-a-libertarian/

The article, itself, is very, very interesting. I suggest reading, and then listening.

Libertarians are immoral conservatives.  Most of them are pro-abortion and pro-homosexual.

Why Are Mormons Rising in Business, Politics?, Christian News

soldier-for-christ:

For the first time America has two Mormon candidates for president, Mitt Romney and Jon Huntsman, which has drawn media’s attention to how the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has managed to churn out some of the country’s top business and political leaders.

Mitt Romney is pro-abortion, pro-homosexual “marriage”, and pro-socialized medicine.  Oh, and he is most definitely NOT a Christian!
